A project that was taken from a rundown shell with structural problems to re roofed, stabilised and weatherered shell ready for fitting out. The works here included re roofing, timber repairs, re slating, leadwork, harling renders, flat renders, lime washing, repointing, crack repairs, underpinning, rebuilding to match original fabric, cast iron works to name but a few.
